IMPORTANT DATES/INFO
All Incoming 6th Graders need a physical and an updated immunizations certificate turned into the Guidance Office by the middle of August. According to KY law, the updated immunization requires a Tetanus booster. Please have these completed before school begins. These may be done at your doctor’s office, clinic or Health Department. Make sure the student’s name and date of birth are on both papers and are legible.
